Here’s a polished, recipe-ready version that keeps the original method and details while making it clearer and easier to follow. Sticky Honey-Soy Pork Ribs
Sticky Honey-Soy Pork Ribs
Tender, juicy pork ribs coated in a sweet-and-savory glaze of honey, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, and garlic. The ribs are first cooked tightly wrapped in foil to keep them moist, then uncovered to develop a glossy, caramelized crust.
Ingredients — Serves 4
Ribs
1.5 kg pork ribs, preferably with a little fat for extra tenderness
Magic Marinade
2 tbsp natural honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1–2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, combine the honey, oil, garlic, mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Pat the ribs completely dry with paper towels, then cut them into medium pieces of 2–3 bones each.
Add the ribs to the marinade and toss thoroughly until every piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. For even deeper flavor, you can marinate them overnight.
2. Cook Covered
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
